Superintendents of District and Sessions Courts awarded certificates in ceremony at FJA

Islamabad: The Federal Judicial Academy organized the Certificates Awarding Ceremony for the Superintendents of District and Sessions Courts from all over Pakistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir here at the Academy on December 21, 2018.
Mr. Muhammad Zeb Khan, District and Sessions Judge/ Principal Staff Officer to Hon’ble Chief Justice, Peshawar High Court, was the chief guest on this occasion.
In his speech, the Chief Guest commended the FJA for its effective training imparted to the Superintendents of District and Sessions Courts and highlighted that “FJA encourages the highest standards of professionalism among trainees.”
Regarding the importance of training for Superintendents and other court personnel, Mr. Muhammad Zeb Khan stated that, “The importance of training for court personnel cannot be underestimated. I always exemplify the training with the motorway, the way it becomes useful and propitious for those who drive a car. Trainers through training put trainees on the track for effective performance.”
On this occasion, Director General of the Academy, Mr. Hayat Ali Shah gave his welcome speech in which he said that Superintendents and their Court staff is the face of District Judiciary because a citizen on his visit first meets court staff and a trained court staff can make a good impression with his mature behaviour. “Training is the need of human nature. Human nature merits be training, retraining and guiding which is why Allah (SWT) sent Prophets for guidance.”
