“CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION” PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE FOR MEMBERS OF THE BAR, BATCH-I (15 - 20 JULY, 2019)
Continuing Legal Education Professional Development Package for Members of the Bar Karachi Bar Association lawyers undergo a weeklong training at Federal Judicial Academy Islamabad: The Federal Judicial Academy, Islamabad, launched a one-week training on “Continuing Legal Education” for 30 lawyers from Karachi Bar Association on October 5, 2020. While inaugurating the first-ever training course for the lawyers of Karachi Bar Association, Director General of the Academy Mr. Hayat Ali Shah said, “Yours is the eighth batch of lawyers for which the Academy has designed and developed this one-week training course to build your capacity to represent clients in cases in an effective manner.” He further stated, “Lawyers are the key stakeholders of our administration of justice system. This Academy is determined to play its due role to strengthen the quality of administration of justice system in the country. The Academy has incorporated such subjects for your training for example “Critical Thinking”, “Digital Investigation”, “Civil Trial Procedure”, “Criminal Trial Procedure”, “Art of Advocacy “, “Overview of the Cr. PC”, “Understanding Land Revenue”, Evidence – The Judges Perspective” and among others, will be the most useful for you both in your career growth and also coping with the emerging professional challenges.”
