Capacity Building Training on “Capacity Building for Improved Service Delivery” for Civil Judges/Magistrates begins at FJA A workshop in collaboration with UN Women also part and parcel of this weeklong training Islamabad: A one-week training on “Capacity Building for Improved Service Delivery” commenced at the Federal Judicial Academy, Islamabad, on December 7, 2020. While inaugurating the training course, Director General of the Academy Mr. Hayat Ali Shah stated,” This training program will strengthen those skills that each judicial officer needs to improve for improved service delivery. The Academy has incorporated such subjects which will improve your knowledge about “Critical Thinking”, “ Cyber- Laws Regime in Pakistan”, “ Evidence-The Judges Perspective”, “ Expeditious Resolution within Formal Justice System”, “ Land Revenue Record”, “ Role of Magistrates in Criminal Justice System” , “Integrity Management” “ Auxiliary Management” and “ Medical Jurisprudence”. “You will also have Syndicate Discussion and Syndicate Representation. A workshop in collaboration with UN Women also part and parcel of this weeklong training,” he added. A total of 30 Civil Judges/ Magistrates from Lahore High Court, High Court of Sindh, Lahore High Court, High Court of Peshawar, High Court of Balochistan, High Court of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Chief Court Gilgit-Baltistan and Islamabad High Court are undergoing this one-week training at the Academy.
