Capacity Building at FJA
Training on “Capacity Building for Improved Service Delivery” for Civil Judges/Magistrates begins at FJA
Islamabad: A one-week training on “Capacity Building for Improved Service Delivery” commenced at the Federal Judicial Academy, Islamabad, on October 12, 2020.
While inaugurating the training course, Director General of the Academy Mr. Hayat Ali Shah stated,” This type of training courses aim to build and reinforce the capacities of judicial officers based on needs assessed at a local level. Participants will have the opportunity to improve their knowledge about “Critical Thinking”, “ Cyber- Laws Regime in Pakistan”, “ Evidence-The Judges Perspective”, “ Expeditious Resolution within Formal Justice System”, “ Land Revenue Record”, “ Role of Magistrates in Criminal Justice System” , “Integrity Management” “ Auxiliary Management” and “ Medical Jurisprudence”.
“You will also have Syndicate Discussion and Syndicate Representation,” he added.
This week long training has brought together a total of 29 Civil Judges/ Magistrates from Lahore High Court, High Court of Sindh, High Court of Balochistan, High Court of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Chief Court Gilgit-Baltistan and Islamabad High Court are undergoing this one week training at the Academy in which they will be imparted training that builds their capacity for improved service delivery in the field.
