Justice Muhammad Aamir Nawaz Rana

Justice Muhammad Aamir Nawaz Rana obtained Masters Degree in International Relations from University of Balochistan and got his Law Degree from University Law College, Quetta. Before his elevation as Additional Judge of the High Court of Balochistan, Justice Muhammad Aamir Nawaz Rana was one of the busiest practicing lawyer of Balochistan and was doing multidimensional cases, particularly, Constitutional, Civil, Criminal and Service matters.

Since his elevation as Additional Judge of the High Court of Balochistan on 07.07.2022 and confirmation as Judge of the High Court of Balochistan on 27.06.2023, Justice Muhammad Aamir Nawaz Rana had authored numerous judgments, which have been reported in the Law Generals and there is hardly any subject or field regarding which Justice Muhammad Aamir Nawaz Rana has not handed down a decision.

Justice Muhammad Aamir Nawaz Rana is presently member of the Committee which recommends and proposes the amendments in the "High Court Establishment (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2020, Balochistan Judicial Officers Service Rules, 2021 and Balochistan District Judiciary Staff Service Rules, 2021". He is also member of the Rule Making Committee for submitting draft proposal of "High Court Rules & Orders (Civil and Criminal)" for High Court of Balochistan. He is also Member of Appellate Tribunal constituted regarding the matters pertaining to the terms and conditions of service of employees of High Court Establishment. He is also member of Balochistan District Judiciary Service Tribunal constituted regarding the matters pertaining to the terms and conditions of service of Judicial Officers and Staff of Balochistan District Judiciary including disciplinary matters. He has also been nominated by the Hon'ble Chief Justice High Court of Balochistan to supervise and monitor the over-all working of Inspection Branch of High Court of Balochistan. He is also Inspecting number of Sessions Divisions which include Sessions Division, Killa Saifullah including the Courts of Muslim Bagh; Sessions Division Zhob; Sessions Division Loralai including 5th Labour Court, Loralai including the Courts in Duki; Sessions Division, Musakhail; Sessions Division, Barkhan; Sessions Division, Kohlu;
