ENSURING REPRESENTATION FOR INCLUSIVE JUSTICE
The Panel will focus on identifying practical strategies, successful models, and recommendations to create a more inclusive and representative judicial system. It will provide expert insights on ensuring meaningful inclusivity and representation in the judiciary, addressing institutional challenges, socio-economic disparities, barriers to justice, and women's leadership roles in judiciary. Particular focus would be on Thailand's approach to judicial inclusivity, institutional challenges and progress made in Pakistan, experiences from the Philippines on overcoming socio-economic disparities and improving representation at various levels and highlighting perspectives on systems response to new entrant’s accessibility and acceptability.
