PRO-INCLUSIVITY STRUCTURAL INTERVENTIONS
The Panel will provide a comprehensive overview of successful strategies, identify areas for improvement, and propose actionable recommendations to enhance inclusivity through structural interventions. The discussion will cover the effectiveness of legal frameworks, enhancement of institutional capacities, and the importance of changing mindsets. It will focus reforms in the Maldivian judiciary, the current reforms and challenges in Pakistan, insights on India's legal frameworks and institutional capacities, inclusivity efforts and challenges in Bangladesh, and how mindset changes within judicial and institutional frameworks can foster inclusivity in Pakistan.
