ENSURING INCLUSIVITY THROUGH CAPACITY BUILDING
The Panel discussion will aim to highlight successful examples, identify areas for improvement, and propose strategies to empower women in the judiciary through comprehensive capacity enhancement efforts. It will share insights on enhancing judicial capacity with a focus on gender fair language, training opportunities, research endeavors, and international collaboration. Particular focus would be on the implementation and impact of gender fair language within the judiciary, perspectives from Sri Lanka on the importance of judicial training and capacity building, experiences from India on fostering research initiatives and promoting international collaboration to enhance inclusivity and academicians/faculty view on how capacity enhancement pursuits can foster inclusivity.
